Qingxiu District Jindi Real Estate Project

The Jindi Real Estate show‑flat project in Qingxiu District, Nanning, Guangxi was successfully delivered in July 2023, comprising two different unit types (120 m² and 143 m²). We provided full design services plus kitchen cabinets, fitted wardrobes, bathroom vanities and all soft‑furnishing elements. Given the specific requirements of show flats, we implemented unified style positioning and material color schemes, with sample approvals and strict factory QC processes to ensure visual consistency and quality standards across both units. The project utilized a dedicated project manager system, with full oversight from design development through to on‑site installation, particularly optimizing display flow and staging layout to make the flats both visually appealing and practical for sales team presentations and client visits. We achieved on‑time delivery with zero rework, providing strong support for the developer's sales and marketing efforts.
